Returns & Exchanges

We cannot accept returns or exchanges once the seal is broken. Please email us at to let us know if there is a problem with your order. We strive to satisfy every customer and we will work with you to find a solution.

Discount Codes

Discount codes do not apply to sale merchandise or already discounted items and bundles.

Damaged Products

If your products are damaged or defective when you receive them, please contact us within 14 business days of receipt and we will replace them or provide store credit, whichever you choose. We require photographs of the damage to the products and packaging before items can be replaced.

Lost Packages

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by the buyer at checkout or for lost packages if the tracking indicates that your order was delivered. In the case of a lost package, please contact your local post office to see if they can resolve the issue.
